New(ish) investor ready to get started.
Hi I think this is my 3rd introduction on bigger pockets. But I’m back and more motivated. Kids came into the world and I let my real estate dreams pause. My former employee was rehired by the company and told me he was starting to learn about wholesaling which recharge my interest again.
My strategy is to 95% wholesale and if the right deal comes along I may turn it into my first flip. My wholesaling strategy is to pull lists in my current city and do mainly sms messaging with a splash of cold calling. I am also going to virtual wholesale in Wisconsin as well with the same strategy. Probably using Propstream unless anyone has any other suggestions.
Once I get comfortable with my lists I will set up a website and landing page and market my website for inbound leads.
