As the title suggests I am a brand new REI knowledge sponge. My name is Ty Downing and I am stationed in Jacksonville,Fl. Currently serving in the United States Navy and have been for 5 years, I recently found my self enthralled in the idea of REI and can't get enough of reading on the subject and doing research to find the niche that I can hopefully excel in.

I'm still struck by analysis paralysis at this time but am looking forward to learning and to one day stumble across my first deal after I create my plan and find some creative financing. Wish me good luck! Happy I found this forum, it seems rich in support and nurturing in education.

-Ty

@Ty Downing - first off, thank you for your service. Analysis paralysis usually happens when you question your system you're using to analyze. Once you are confident you have a system that's worked for others then you'll be a "trigger puller"
