New guy in Little Rock, AR
Hello bigger pockets peeps! Iv been following bigger pockets podcasts for some time now. Iv just recently began my adventures down the wholesale path, with the hopes to build enough capital to start making my own investments. My background is in residential/commercial construction and I am confident in my ability to analyze deals. I currently have a few deals on contract at the moment but have not yet closed on my first deal.
