Hi folks. Im an active Realtor in PA with past expirience in flipping homes. It has been 5-6 years since I've flipped a home. I was detoured out of it when the market crashed. I am in the early stages of this plan. I plan on purchasing in the Reading and Pottstown areas of PA. Looking forward to learn as much as I can from you.
