New developer looking to network
Hello! I will be investing in building spec homes, (I have a GC) and will be purchasing land and supplying financing on the builds. Looking to network with other investors doing the same thing, as well as lenders, general contractors and others. Looking forward to learning from others on what it will take to be successful! I am in the Grand Rapids Mi area.
