Welcome to BP Nia! You have come to the right place to learn more about real estate investing. If you're brand new with no experience, I recommend you spend the next several months getting educated. Browse the forums here, listen to the podcasts, read the blog posts, pick up a few books. Just soak up as much as you can. This will help you to pick a niche that you would like to pursue, then from there you can start taking action.
