Hey everybody, me and my fiancé (plus 5 little ones) are very new to this real estate investing world & after talking about it & reading books it’s lead us to BP. We haven’t pulled the trigger on any deals but have been consuming knowledge from anywhere we can (mostly books), we’re very interested in rental properties & thinking bout dipping into flipping properties later down the line when our confidence is higher. Located in the Lone Star state & so far BP has blown me away there’s a lot of bright, hungry, & helpful people here. Excited to start
