New Contractor from Richmond, VA
Hello all! Nice to be thinking about something new and excited to share thoughts as a new member of BP.
I ran a GC business in the Richmond metro area beginning in 1979. The scope was primarily large (1/2 million $) renovations, additions with a few million dollar new homes and some small commercial restaurants and offices.. I burnt out 7 years ago and switched careers though I maintain a Class A BLD license.
This summer I had occasion to rehab an old farm property and realized how much I missed the work, so I'm back. Hoping to find some rehab flips in Richmond, I am a buyer or available to JV on interesting projects.
