No way out

I am very business savvy and have helped 4 people start there own business, show them the ropes, and how to run it. I have always wanted to start my own business but never could think of anything that actually interested me. I always had an interest in real estate but figured it was to boring. Until i actually did some research on it. I fell in love with the idea of all the research, running the numbers, and the challenge of facing new problems everyday. I’ve never enjoyed the easy route and found enjoyment in pushing myself. My wife and I planned on having a baby soon and i told myself i have to make a change. So I’m throwing myself into this and leaving no option to escape. I will make this happen. So I’m reaching out to see if anyone is willing to toss some knowledge my way. I’m watching every video and listening to every podcast i can. Learning form others and trying to apply it to my own style and claw my way to financial freedom to spend time with my new family.

You, and 10,000 others, right?
So, what have you got to offer to help the other people on Bigger Pockets?
At the moment nothing just like everyone else when the started, but growing the community means obtain more people to work with and giving people more options to work with. Everyone finds a mentor one way or other, the community grows, and the knowledge is passed for one generation to the next. New people also means fresh ideas for a new perspective, but that’s just my thoughts.
Oh, I thought you posted "I am very business savvy and have helped 4 people start there own business, show them the ropes, and how to run it.

But, I could be wrong. ;-)
