Hello everyone, My name is Josh Clough, I started a small Real Estate Services Company during Covid when I got laid off from my Job.  I have done a few Wholesale deals, a flip but have met with limited success to date.  I am trying to learn and grow in this industry.  Any advice would be awesome, ways to find opportunities and grow a real estate porfolio

Hello Josh, there are two main questions I would try to answer. First, what are your goals? Is it to generate a lot of one time income? Double down on flipping and wholesaling. Is it to build fully passive income? Maybe start with a lot of flipping and wholesaling then move that money to partnerships and syndications so that you are passive. Another option would be to do LTRs with a property manager so that you are pretty hands on. Is your goal to absolutely crush it with cash flow and appreciation? Pivot to STRs.

Once you have focus, identify what is holding you back. It sounds like wholesaling and flipping is where you sort of focusing right now. What is your limiting factor? Is it deal flow? Capital? Time? Motivation? Once you find what is holding you back you can brainstorm and figure out how to overcome that obstacle.

Let me know what it is that you are looking for and I might be able to help out!
