Good morning, all! My name is Jacob and I am new to BP. My wife and I are aspiring real estate investors in the Chicago/ East Central Illinois area. We have been interested in investing in real estate for a few years now, but have become more serious about it in the last year. We hope to use Bigger Pockets to learn and connect with other investors nearby. We’re also in search of a mentor as we hope to purchase our first investment property later this year after we finish grad school - so if you’re in our area, please feel free to reach out!
