New member on boarding in SoCal area
Hello Fellow BP Members!
I am new to real estate investing and just working on my first rental property! I am glad to join the great BP community as I LOVE the podcast :) I want to learn everything about REI and be inspired by the ppl here.
My current strategy is to invest in cash flow rental properties in SoCal, and hold several years to build equity. I would like to network with professionals, seek advice and help.
Something about my background, I am software product manager and really enjoy math and data analysis. Major in EE and Finance, I am a quick starter and attention to detail.

@Lena Chen Welcome to BP! If you haven't already done so, I'd recommend reading the Beginner's Guide To Investing, and also listening to the podcasts. Both can be accessed from the tab at top, Learn. Also be sure to fill out the keyword alerts. Post your questions, get involved, and you'll learn a lot!
