Hi,

I am a new member from Clearwater, FL.

My wife and I have been buying single family homes in Clearwater since 2002.

In 2013 we took the opportunity to buy a few ones. These were usually short sales and/or properties that needed some work. However we only bought properties in fairly good areas were we would live ourselves.

I have a computer background and like to organize; my wife is more into design.

I would not consider us real estate pros, but we do have some experience and know how to handle our properties and tenants.

We found some good local community banks to work with, but are getting to their limits right now.

We want to buy a few more local Clearwater single family homes.

We would love to get in contact with other local investors.

Also, we are always willing to help. I have been helping out others on a legal forum about tenant issues.
