Hi, my name is Joey and I am new to real estate. I'm currently learning all there is to real estate deals, analysis, and market trends. I am currently looking how to find alternative financing to buy my first rental such as hard money lender, private money or DSCR loan, but it has been a tad difficult. Lovely appreciation any advice or help anyone is willing to share. Thank you.

Hey Joey!

Seller Finance and Subto could be great for what you need.

Pace Morby and Jeff Rappaport are great resources to learn more about it.

Reach out if you have any further questions!

Good Luck
