Eager to get started in Kitsap County, WA
Hi Everyone, My name is Erica Miller and I am just getting started in RE investing. I grew up with my parents flipping houses and holding rentals so I understand the processes and advantages.
I'm starting out with wholesaling but what I really want to do is flip and buy and hold for positive cash flow. I currently work full time during the week to pay for living expenses but I am eager and motivated to get started investing in Kitsap County, particularly Port Orchard, WA and to meet / network with fellow investors who can teach me a thing or two!
A little more about myself: I am also a student working on my business degree, I love refinishing and building furniture in my spare time, and I am a proud mom of a beautiful black lab mix who just turned 1 this month!
