Looking for mentorship in Northeast NJ Area

Hi,

I am a college student graduating in May 2014 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Since the summer I've been reading financial success books such as "Think and Grow Rich" and "The E-myth". Having the right mindset and implementing systems are key to a successful business. Real Estate has peaked my interest and I've been reading books and blogs, attending seminars and networking.

I'm sure some of you have heard of Fortune Builders and their Mastery Program. I am currently considering it for its abundance of resources, information, and coaching. However due to its very steep price, I looking into local coaches in my area.

I want to start 2014 off right by getting my feet wet in Real Estate. I ultimately want to rehab a house. However I rather have someone show me the logistics of investing and divide the profits, than losing money on my first deal on my own. For the next 5 months, I can dedicate most of my time towards gaining experience and producing results. If you are an investor with years of experience and proven success, I'm interested in leveraging your experience and knowledge and using it to make us deals and create wealth.
