Hello All,

So glad to be here. This site seems to be a wealth of information and I'm excited to jump in.

I live in Austin Texas. That's both a good and bad thing. It's a growing which is great but the market is very hot and it's hard to find good deals. I'm hoping to gain some knowledge here.

I currently own 33% of a triple net deal (fast food restaurant). It's easy and stable income but the returns aren't great (around 6%). I'm looking at new ways to leverage and buy residential and other types of properties.

Anyways, I'll dive in with more questions later but I just wanted a quick intro for now. Looking forward to this.

@Brandon Turner thanks for the tip. I have set them up and it's a cool feature. Busy reading up on topics so I don't look foolish asking newb questions that have already been asked 100 times before ;)
