Hello all,

My name is Martin, I was born in Manila, Philippines - raised in Los Angeles. Like many others, most of my friends weren't into investing as much as I was and I found it really hard to find a group of people to bounce off ideas with. Long story short, I've been reselling sneakers as a hobby for a couple years now, and realized that no matter what I decided to do with my life, I knew real estate investing was the end goal. I decided to remove all the extra steps and just go straight into it! With that being said, i wanted to put myself out there and i'm looking forward to meeting and making some new friends on here.
