New Investor in Newark Delaware
Hello All,
I've been cherry picking advice from this site for a while and have finally signed up. I look forward to learning even more and engaging with the BP community.
A little about me:
I started my career out of college in retail management and moved to financial services (Private Banking) after about 3 years. That's my day job but my passion is Real Estate. My wife and I began investing in NC, now that my job moved us to DE we're selling the 2 properties we have there and looking to re-invest in New Castle County DE. Possibly emphasizing on Wilmington still researching but I think Wilmington will be a big growth area over the next 5-10 years. I'm eager and willing to take in advice and tips from more experienced investors especially re: Financing tips and GC's/construction in general.
