Trying to get started!
Hello everyone. I'm trying to get started on my investment journey. Attempting to do wholesaling at the moment. Im trying to put together a collection of cash buyers. I bought a course about wholesaling and hope to be able to do good. Any tips or help is much appreciated. I live in the NWA area btw.

@Thomas Hyslop Why start wholesaling?
I'm sure you realize this but there's a lot of wholesalers out there. The market is flooded with it right now. I'd challenge myself to try alternative paths that lead to REI.
