New to real estate

Posted

I want to get my foot in the door in buying multi family properties. Leaning more towards out of state however I don’t know where to start. Should I find a realtor to find me properties to look at?

Before looking for a realtor you should do some research on what exactly is your game plan and how you prefer to go about financing your properties. I would suggest mortgage planning first once you decide where to invest. Then look for a realtor that specializes in real estate investments. I would suggest connecting with @Albert Bui as he specializes in helping new and experienced Re-Investors with their mortgage planning.
