Student with Big Goals from Los Angeles, CA
Hi friends! My name is Jon. I am a college senior. I am interested in becoming a buy and hold investor for residential properties in the LA region. I hope to contribute to the community as much as possible. After listening to enough podcasts, I figured it wouldn't hurt to make an account and introduce myself here :)
My plans so far:
(1.) Spend the next few months immersed in the RE culture, surround myself with investors in the area, and learn as much as possible.
(2.) Graduate in May 2014, work at a sales gig over the summer out of state, and accumulate as much capital as possible.
(3.) Backpack in Europe for a few months.
(4.) Return to LA in January, find a day job, start a small LLC and start purchasing residential properties.
(5.) Live and learn. Profit.
