Hi everyone! I'm new to the group and excited to connect. I am a single mom of 2 amazing daughters who have now both graduated high school, so I've found myself with some additional free time and freedom to focus more on me. This has reignited my passion for real estate, and at the beginning of the year I decided I want to get into real estate investing, so I am learning everything I can and trying to meet like-minded individuals. At this point, I hope to secure a buy and hold property in the area to "get my feet wet," then move onto riskier, more-complicated projects as I build my knowledge base. Excited to be part of the group!
