Hello everyone I am new to the real estate industry. I am looking into wholesaling properties since I do not have enough cash capitol to get into flipping homes. I am looking to wholesale in the Tampa/Land O lakes area. I am also looking for a mentor that can alongside of me and help with possible pitfalls. I believe that you get what you put into the world and therefore I am always about positivity and find solutions.
