Hi all...newbie here who is eager to learn, learn and learn some more about real estate. I've been reading almost daily and listening to BP Podcast and i have learn a lot here. I would like say that this is an "Awesome" site. I do have bunch of question (will be ask to the other forum of course), but i wanted to introduce my self first.

My name is Jonathan, from Kent WA, which is South of Seattle. I found BP by accident and glad that i did. I am planning to enter Real Estate investment in my area and hoping to get to know others here locally. My goal is to learn as much as possible before entering the business. Hope to here from others.
