Looking to get into the fix and flip market. Interested in finding a good team and building relationships for 50 plus flips. Extensive purchasing and construction experience, but have no desire to swing the hammer anymore. Management role only. Looking to connect with a good real estate agent and HML in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. What whole sellers lists should I be on?
