New member looking to network.
Hi Everyone!
2023 is the start of many new things for us. Real estate and starting a STR co-hosting/management business is at the top of our list. We are in the process of purchasing a condo in Miramar Beach, FL as well as making contacts with other people to help them run their property. Even though we have been researching and learning for the last 6-7 months before we took the "plunge", we know there is still so much to learn as we continue building our portfolio of purchased properties. We are hoping to learn, connect, and meet up with people on BP, and also give back to the community in the areas we know!
