Aspiring property investor
I'm midway through my professional career and have recently began analyzing real estate investing. I'm currently about 2 years out before turning my desire into a reality. At this time I am doing an insurmountable amount of research to figure out would work best for me, my lifestyle and what do I want out of it. Research is my favorite part, as I'm an analyst in my professional role. My preference is to start small and grow. Initial thoughts are condos, apartments and townhouses that would be used as vacation rentals. Geographical market being researched are those that are not seasonal, but would have year round occupancy.
if anyone has insights they'd like to share, I'd love to hear. Anyone experts in Airbnb, VRBO, etc.
