New Member, Orlando Florida
Hello everyone,
I have been lurking a couple of weeks and decided to join. I love forums, so I am glad to have found another one about my favorite topics, money and real estate. I am 31 and have lived in Orlando Florida all of my life.
I have been in real estate and self employed since 2005. I am an independent realtor, as well as an investor and entrepreneur. I started my real estate career in wholesaling, but transitioned into traditional retail RE sales during 2007.
I am now looking to acquire properties for my own portfolio while growing my businesses, learning new techniques and trends and hopefully having some fun doing it.
I also own a small IT hosting company, which really comes in handy as I don't have many technology issues and am usually a bit ahead of the curve.
The one downside to being so independent is that I do not have many partners to work with on an everyday basis, so my methods can become a bit stale. I hope this forum can help with that, and look forward to meeting other members, if you are in Orlando or surrounding, say hello.
