Hi Everyone,

My name is Bryce and I am transitioning from a long-time lurker of the forums and researching real estate deals to actually making them happen. My background is in corporate finance & operations and did spend a small stint working for a RE firm on the SFH redevelopment side. My preferred investment strategy is BRRR and looking forward to learning more from the wonderful people and knowledge that exists on BiggerPockets!
