Greetings Everyone!

My name is Brandon Godboldt and I currently reside in the Northern Illinois area. I love my city, love my God, love people (my daughter more than most), and love to invest. Currently I'm looking to learn as much as possible and hopefully get my feet wet soon. My goal is to have 3 rental properties within 5 years. Hopefully that's not too over the top.

I'm open to any and everything from advice, constructive criticism, networking, deals, knowledge, financing etc.
