Hey community! New future-hacker here!
I'm thrilled at the opportunities I can suddenly see for building wealth and comfort synonymously. Already looking at getting my first du- or tri-plex to live in and rent out the other units! Luckily my wife and I will be in an area where mortgage isn't too bad, $2,200 to $3,000 is the average range. Excited to join the community as my wife and I move toward our goal of 'comfort living'. We want to reach $100k annual income, and this is our best opportunity to start in that direction, wish us luck!
