Just beginning to learn about and very eager to start investing! I'm a gynecologist so have very little background- would appreciate tips on where to start. I learned of BP from an ebook I'm reading about investing.

Hi Fatimah,

I work with lot's of doctors and people in the medical field.

The first question you need to ask yourself is how much TIME do you have for investing??

As a physician all the ones I work with simply do not have a lot of spare time in their lives so they need something that GOES. Most of my clients buy either triple net properties or apartment buildings with infrastructure in place where it almost runs itself.

The money you have to start will make a difference as different asset classes require different amounts down and purchase price. Some doctor's from the same office will go in together on deals as they feel comfortable with each other. Hope it helps some.
