New Member from Northern New Jersey!
Hello everyone! I am very new to bigger pockets and real estate in general. I currently qualify for a VA home loan and am looking to purchase a multi-family property to hold and rent in the Northern NJ area. VA rules that I must occupy one of the apt.'s for a certain period of time. Any information or guidance is well appreciated. I am very excited to get started!
