Newbie from Glendora, CA (Near Pasadena)
Hi everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to officially introduce myself. My name is Sven and I just got started in real estate investing. Earlier this year, I purchased a property, partially rehabbed it, and currently rent it out. It's been great so far.
My professional background is in the start-up world (advertising and tech) and I'm considering to transition form my current tech start-up to focus on real estate investing full-time.
As of now, I'm looking to do a combination of residential flips and buy&hold, ideally generating enough cash flow from flips to invest in a couple of buy&hold properties per year.
I signed up for BP a while ago and have been reading a ton on here. I'm truly amazed by the great community. My main goals here are to learn and network. I'm excited to start connecting with many of you.
