Greetings BP,
I'm Ursula, a 34 year old mother of one currently living in the Atlanta Area. I started out investing in 2005 with my one and only flip. I purchased two buy and holds in 2006 and turned a former personal residence into a rental in 2008. I'm from NC, and that's where my properties are located. I've been a licensed NC broker since 2005.
By day I'm a senior leader in government but would love to become an investor full-time in the next 3-5 years. My goals for 2014 includes acquiring 3 additional buy and holds. I've learned so much from the short time I've been visiting this site. I look forward to sharing my journey with he BP community. Thank you for sharing your wealth of knowledge!
