New agent looking for sponsoring broker

Hello all,

I just passed my state exam and am now looking for a sponsoring agent and have little clue on where to start.

My motivation for being licensed is mainly for buying and selling my own main and investment properties and those of close friends. I would be doing it part time and won't rely on it as my main income.  Any leads?
