Just Starting Out!
Hey guys! Absolutely rookie here trying to get started in the game. Been spending the last few months studying up (and continuing to study), but now it's time to take some action! My goal is to get my first investment property sometime this year. I'm currently an engineer in Huntsville, AL, so I'll be targeting somewhat local stuff for now with one of my goals also being to get into some STR's at some point (eyeing Blue Ridge or Gatlinburg). Look forward to learning from you guys!
