Hey Gavi, welcome to BiggerPockets! I like that you have this mindset at a young age. I also got started when I was 23! I was studying at The Ohio State University in Columbus Ohio when I thought of taking my first big step in real estate. This is surely the best place to start networking and learning. Since you have started reading about real estate, I always recommend the book “Rich dad, Poor dad” by Robert T. Kiyosaki to anyone starting out. Also, start listening to the BiggerPockets podcast starting at the very beginning and start growing your network by looking up different events on Facebook/BiggerPockets.
