Good evening all,
New to the site and just checking things out here! I have no background in real estate, but I have worked commercial construction for the last 14 years. I partnered up with a co-worker and somewhat recently ventured into the flipping arena. We bought and flipped our first property in 3 months and made a nice profit- we are currently in the middle of our second flip and hope to have it wrapped up in the next few weeks and back on the market. We are still new to this and I am mainly just looking for others like us to network with and learn as much as possible. Look forward to communicating with like-minded people!
