Hello everyone! I am a home owner who is just starting out in this field. I have to move and decided to turn my first home into a rental property. Hopefuly first of many but I'm still learning the ropes. I'm closer to Coralville than CR but unfortunately that wasn't a location option. 

I've been on the hunt for good Property Mangers would love recommendations if you have them!
