Just wanted to start getting more active on bigger pockets. Can't wait to continue to network and build new relationships. My wife and I started our team about 2 years ago and we've been having a great time on the journey. We are currently looking for private and refinance lenders for small rentals. We are currently in the Philly, PA and Richmond, VA area and looking to grow next into Phoenix, AZ.
