Just getting started
Hello, I’ve made the decision to get started in real estate! I’m trying to figure out my first steps. I want to start out with a duplex or similar live-in situation. Any input is much appreciated!

Kyle, I think you’re on the right track. House hacking a duplex is a great way to start your investing journey. I would also network as much as possible and see if you can find a mentor.
