Ready to make my first move

Justin Hernandez
Posted

Hi Everyone,

My name is Justin Hernandez. I have been wanting to get into real estate for quite some time now. I am originally from New York but I’ve been living in Florida for a year now. I’ve finally decided to take action and become a real estate investor.

I currently have a deal in my hands that I don’t want to drop the ball on because I negotiated it down to a good price. Who can I go to when it comes to getting help with contracts? Also, as a new investor, how can I find a hard money lender ?

Thank you.

Congratulations! If it is a listed home than the agent can help you with the contract. If not, you may want to enlist the help of an agent, just for the paperwork and guidance through the deal. HML are everywhere but they have gotten much more expensive with the rate because interest rates have gone up drastically. You are welcome to give me a call if you need some help.
