Hello all! What a great site! I'm new to the idea of real estate investing (buy and hold - main goal is cash flow and growing assets) and came across biggerpockets. Boy, am I glad I did! Great place to learn and meet people interested in the same thing.
Partner and I are looking to buy first investment this year (most likely in the HIlton Head Island, SC area) as a vacation rental. Excited to learn more here and interact with many of you.
