Looking to network in the phoenix and surrounding area!
Hello everyone! My wife and I are looking for properties in the Phoenix area, we are either looking for a STR or multifamily properties. We have not invested before (property #1). We have already been prequalified, put an offer in and had the inspection. The inspection didn't come back like we thought, but hey that just opens up more options for us.
