Newbie from Hallandale Beach, FL
Hello everyone! My name is Isabel and I am 28yrs old. I'm new to bp and also new to the investing/real estate world. I'm hoping to buy my first multifamily property in the next year or so. I would like to get as much education as possible in the industry while I get my finances in line for my first purchase. My goal is to own a couple of properties, however in the long run I would like to flip houses. I work full-time so for the time being this will definitely be a part-time sort of situation.
It feels a little overwhelming with all the information there is to learn but this website seems to have a lot of useful information.
I hope to learn from all of you and possibly help someone else in the future!
