Hi! I'm Maybelline and I'm based in Port Saint Lucie, Florida for now. Eventually would like to move to Lehigh Acres, Florida to start building a Spec House. I got 2 lots under contract in Lehigh Acres and hopefully will close in July. I own 3 rentals overseas in Aruba where I'm from but would like to invest now in Florida. I got interested in RE Investing more than 15 years ago when I read the Book Rich Dad Poor Dad. Been very successful and eventually owned 14 rental properties. Hope to connect with investors that have done Spec houses since this will be my first project doing a flip.
