Excited to be back into Investing!

Hi All,

I'm looking forward to building my network and engaging with all of you. Although I have been in the field for a number of years, I'm so excited to now be a full time investor. My goal is to start with wholesaling, fix and flip, and then buy and hold to grow a portfolio for retirement.
