Guide me to the light San Diego

Ladies/Gentlemen

Behold, a service industry professional has infiltrated your mighty forum of some of the best property investors in the country. I know this by reading just a few post by members on this site and I am glad to be apart of it.

I am not on here to solicit, market or saturate your threads with "HIRE ME!" type post about my cleaning company. I want to know for my own personal education on how to best deal with property managers, landlords and owners. I believe that if we understand each others industry from both points of view, relationships can be strengthened. Nice to meet you all and thanks!

@Branston C. I can't address your questions, but wanted to welcome you to the site! If by chance you decide to advertise, as a paid member, you can post on Marketplace (that's the only place on the site where advertising is allowed) See you around the forums.
